By purchasing services from Bell Rock Web Design, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Renewal
In order to ensure uninterrupted service to your Web site, the service contract will automatically renew unless cancelled by the site owner. Cancellation must be received by BellRockWebDesign.com via email at least 2 weeks prior to the date of renewal. BellRockWebDesign.com will acknowledge the cancellation notice within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive acknowledgement, please contact a representative as soon as possible.

Refunds
Refunds are available within the first 30 days of hosting minus any setup or domain registration fees. After 30 days, no refund is offered or promised.

Acceptable Use Policy
BellRockWebDesign.com reserves the right to refuse service to any site at our sole discretion. Although we do not believe in censorship, we do not allow the following types of sites:

  • Web sites containing pornographic material
  • Racist or hate-related web sites
  • "Warez" sites, including but not limited to any copyrighted software or music files
  • Sites which provide methods for for circumventing copy protection ("cracks", keycodes, serial numbers, decoder chips, etc...) are also not permitted.
  • Any other content which is not legal in the United States

Unsolicited Email (SPAM) and Bulk Email
BellRockWebDesign.com will not host web sites which are advertised through unsolicited email, excessive newsgroup crossposting, or off-topic newsgroup posts. What is considered spam is determined at the sole discretion of BellRockWebDesign.com. Sites in violation of this policy will be shutdown without a refund of any kind. In addition, any bulk emailing that adversely affects the performance of our shared mail servers will be discontinued

.Multiple Web site Hosting and Bandwidth
BellRockWebDesign.com has a strict policy of one Web site per account. If more than one Web site is being hosted under an account, BellRockWebDesign.com reserves the right to charge accordingly for each separate site as a separate account. Up to three domain names can point to the same site without any extra fee, however the domain names may not point to a sub directory or a specific page on the site. If any site exceeds its monthly bandwidth allowance, overage will be charged at the rate of $5.00 per gigabyte of overuse.
